ARRIVAL POLICY - Students should arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of their class. We have pre-planned lessons for each class and for the safety of students and instructors, we strongly encourage students to arrive on time and participate in warm-up. If your child will be late or absent, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info.sandpointsparks@gmail.com.

BEHAVIOR - I understand I am responsible for my child’s siblings, family members, guests, and my behavior and safety while on Sandpoint All-Stars premises, including the gym area, parking lots, bathroom, waiting area, etc. Spectators MUST remain in the observation area quietly at all times. You are responsible for keeping yourself and any guests off the mats and equipment. We ask that students are respectful of other classes while waiting before or after class.

PARKING - Parking is limited. Please be respectful of our neighbors by not parking in their parking spots. There is additional parking available along the side of our building closest to the street.

BATHROOM POLICY - Please make sure that your child uses the restroom before class. All students are expected to be able to use the restroom facilities on their own. If they are wearing a leotard, please make sure they know how to pull it on and off. If your child needs assistance in the bathroom, a parent must remain on the premises for the duration of the class and the child will be sent to use the restroom with the parent’s assistance. Sandpoint All-Star staff will not assist students in the restroom.

WHAT TO WEAR - It is important to come to class dressed appropriately and ready to participate!

-- Comfortable, fitted, and non-restrictive clothing (midriff must be covered)

-- Tucked in T-shirts and athletic style shorts or pants

-- NO jewelry, belts, buckles, zippers, or snaps as this is a safety risk

-- Hair pulled back or in a braid

-- All students must be in clean soft sole shoes, cheer shoes, socks or bare feet. Street shoes are not allowed on mats or equipment!

TUITION - We prefer to have a debit/credit card on file for monthly tuition fees, however we are open to considering other payment options that fit your needs. Your card will be charged initially upon enrollment and on the 10th of each month for the current month's tuition. If you do not have auto-pay set up, tuition is due on the 10th of the month and any payment received after the 20th of the month is considered late. If your credit card declines, we will email you a statement. You will be charged a late fee if your account is not paid in full by the 20th of the month. Any student with an account that is one month past due will be dropped from class. You will also be charged for tuition fees incurred up to that date along with the late fee. Once a student is dropped from class, the spot is available for other students to enroll, and we cannot guarantee your child a spot in that class upon re-enrollment.

REGISTRATION AND FEE - All registration will be done online through the Parent Portal. All students attending prep classes pay a $25 annual registration fee at the time of enrollment. Competitive team members will pay a $35 annual registration fee due June 10th. Registration fees cover the cost of insurance and equipment maintenance.

Open Gym does not require a registration fee.

MISSED CLASSES – Sandpoint All-Stars will do their best to provide ample notice of any canceled classes or closures. Due to an emergency closure or canceled class, Sandpoint All-Stars will do their best to provide an alternative day/time of their choosing. No other makeups will be provided. However, Sandpoint All-Stars is under no obligation to provide make-up classes.
